Refund Policy

Mandy Matties is hand crafted jewelry which is not easy to replace back on the shelf for that reason refunds are allowed in store credit only. Exchanges are welcomed. 
Exchanges are allowed and must be requested within 2 days after received in the mail. If you choose to exchange you must pay the shipping to return the item. 

Returned items must be unused and returned in the original packaging. 

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged are clearance items.
